Meet our customer Torshov Sport
Torshov Sport is a specialty store that delivers products in football, hockey and running - as well as a strong focus on products for the sports club market.
It was established in 1938 and today has stores in Tromsø, Bergen, Drammen, Fredrikstad and Oslo.
Oslo is home to stores for the various sports (football, hockey and running), as well as their warehouse. The online store is also run here.
In 2020, when there was a need for a new web platform and streamlining of, among other things, product enrichment, the collaboration with iSYS was established.
Combined with Jetshop, Torshov sport uses feed® PIM and InStock WMS as part of a loop.
The first link is the store's POS solution PC-kasse, which is the master of basic data. From here, data is sent to feed® PIM for product enrichment and preparation for sale in the online stores.
"Click and collect", discount modules and related products are also managed in feed®. The products are sent to Jetshop and embedded in the page design and presented with correct information.
When orders are placed in the online store, they are picked with InStock WMS in the store and warehouse.

From feed® PIM, the products are sent to various online stores provided by Jetshop. A product can be found in several channels and personalized products with print of name and club are also offered.
Torshov Sport's focus was to improve efficiency and have a flexible solution that they could grow with.
An important point was that the system should be able to meet the needs of sales to clubs.
A bonus for Torshov Sport is that iSYS was Norwegian and has reasonably priced products.
