This privacy policy explains how Integrasjonssystemer AS collects and processes personal data.

The statement contains information about your rights when storing personal data through a customer relationship or contact with Integrasjonssystemer AS, and general information about how we process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Integrasjonssystemer AS does not share personal information with others, or use the information for purposes other than those stated in this privacy statement.

1. Who is the data controller?

Integrasjonssystemer AS is the data controller for the company's processing of personal data. The data controller has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all processing and handling of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable legislation. The controller has delegated authority for tasks and the processing of personal data. The delegation only covers the tasks and not the responsibility.

2. Purpose and what personal data is stored

To ensure good service and correct handling of the customer relationship, Integrasjonssystemer AS stores information about you. The information is used to fulfill our obligations to you, and to maintain the service you expect.

a. Use of the website

It is voluntary for visitors to the website to provide personal information in connection with services such as chat or send us inquiries via contact form.

To register a support case or get a quote for a delivery, we need your company name, name, mobile number and e-mail. This is necessary to get in touch with you to provide a quote or to solve a problem. We also store the IP address used when submitting forms or using the chat service.

b. Newsletter by e-mail

It is voluntary for visitors to the website to provide personal data in connection with services for receiving newsletters. When registering your e-mail address to receive newsletters, we store your e-mail address, IP address and your activity in the newsletters we send out. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you can unsubscribe from the service at any time. You can unsubscribe by clicking on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the emails sent out. Alternatively, you can notify us at salg@isys.no (remember to state the e-mail address you wish to have removed).


c. In the event of an offer or customer relationship

In the case of quotations or customer relationships with Integrasjonssystemer AS, we store customer information such as company name, organization number, contact person(s), e-mail address, address, telephone number and order details / product information you want a quote on or have purchased. In order to ensure the handling of the customer relationship, we are dependent on storing this information.

d. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you download a website. These are typically used to improve your user experience and remember who you are so that you remain logged in.

The purpose of cookies is to provide the website with basic functionality such as session management, analysis, personalization and marketing.

We have grounds for processing personal data under the Norwegian Personal Data Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, among other things because the processing of personal data is necessary to provide you with our services.

5. Access to the information

In order to ensure that the processing of information with us takes place in a secure manner, only employees of Integrasjonssystemer AS have access to the information you give us. Access to information is secured with access control.

We will not disclose, sell, distribute, lease, license, share or forward information or personal information to any third party other than those contracted to provide services to Integrasjonssystemer AS, unless we have your express consent to do so.

Integrasjonssystemer AS has entered into agreements with various distribution partners, who distribute our newsletters and other marketing.

We will not share personal data with our distribution partners to a greater extent than is necessary to complete the purpose, such as sending out newsletters.

Integrasjonssystemer AS has contractually agreed that our suppliers or partners may not use or disclose your personal data for other purposes without permission.

If data is transferred within the EU/EEA area, we will ensure that the EU General Data Protection Regulation and country-specific data protection laws are complied with. If we disclose personal data to a third party located outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure that the transfer takes place in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. If information is transferred to the United States, we will preferably use "Privacy shield" certified companies.

7. How do we secure the data?

Integrasjonssystemer AS has established rules and procedures for the protection of personal data and privacy.

If we process "non-personally identifiable information" combined with "personally identifiable information" (for example, your name combined with geographical location), the combined information will be treated as personally identifiable information. If we collect or disclose sensitive personal data, we use recognized methods to protect the information.

If we disclose your personal data to a third party, we will ensure that arrangements and agreements are in place to safeguard the data and prevent the third party from using the personal data for purposes other than those agreed.

We will use all reasonable care to ensure that our employees, data processors and third parties who have access to information about you have adequate information to ensure that they only process that information in accordance with this notice and our obligations under data protection law.

8. Your rights

Anyone who asks has the right to information about the processing of personal data in a company according to the Personal Data Act. Integrasjonssystemer AS has provided the information in this statement.

If Integration Systems processes personal data about you, you have the right to access your own information. If the personal information is incorrect, incomplete or there is no access to process them, you can also ask Integrasjonssystemer AS to correct or delete the information. Please contact us.

We do not process and store information about you longer than is necessary for the intended purpose or for what is required in accordance with agreements entered into and not beyond the limits of the law. We delete personal data when a user notifies us that he/she no longer wishes to use the service.

9. Enforcement of this privacy policy

Integrasjonssystemer AS may use the information we collect about you when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact, or take legal action against persons or companies that may harm you, us, or others. We may also disclose your information when we believe the law requires it.

10. Consent, choice of law and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our websites or who are in a customer relationship with us. We require users to agree to comply with the policy as part of our relationship.

Integrasjonssystemer AS is governed by Norwegian law. You agree that any disputes shall be dealt with by a court in Norway in accordance with the laws of Norway, unless otherwise provided by mandatory local law.
