In a 10,000-square-meter warehouse in Lillesand, you'll find lighting manufacturer SG Armaturen. They account for about half of all luminaire sales in Norway.
Established more than 30 years ago, the family-owned business now has factories in China and Denmark, and operations in eight different countries.
Last year, they expanded production and began manufacturing and selling dimmers, switches and sockets. In other words, this is a company that has grown a lot since its inception.
Before SG armaturen started working with iSYS, they had no systems for product data. It was the catalog that was last printed that applied. When they eventually had to find a PIM system, it was important that it was a future-oriented solution, and in 2018 they began working with iSYS and using feed® PIM.
Today, they use feed® for EFO and websites.
It's great that ordinary people can handle it themselves, and with feed® PIM, it's much easier to manage product data than we did before.

Even though SG Armaturen is still family-owned, it is experiencing constant growth and development. With a large number of customers and eight different languages and markets, there is a need for customization and good solutions that make everyday life easier. They point out that, among other things, they want to use feed for even more than they do today.
