Meet our customer Kitch'n

Kitch'n is a big company that many people know about, and not without reason. They have 146 stores, 3 online stores, 360 different brands and over 22 thousand products. And they don't stop there - in 2017 they acquired Tilbords and in 2021 they acquired Cervera. With now 48 employees, they have become a machine with several departments. 

Kitch'n does all its EDI via iSYS and has used iSYS as an integration partner across its digital solutions. In 2021, work began on integrating feed® PIM, and Kitch'n created a separate PIM department. They chose to use feed® because it is a user-friendly solution and because iSYS was already familiar with their data flow. 

Kamilla, head of the PIM team, explains that when their new UX design went live, they took all the categories from the structures in feed. She also says that the feed has given them better descriptions of products and that the system helps them keep track of product data. 

Continuing to grow!

Kitch'n continues to grow and in addition to the PIM department, they now have their own online department, as well as a growing purchasing department. This is a company we haven't seen the last of!
