Meet Odd-Inge - head of feed

In one of our smallest offices sits the world's happiest northerner. Well, almost, anyway.

Odd-Inge has a twinkle in his eye and is always ready with a comment. He is a trained Java developer and has worked as a project manager and solution architect at iSYS since 2008. 

Today, he leads a team that works with feed® on a daily basis. The focus is on creating an optimal PIM solution, with functionality that customers need to be effective in their everyday lives.

The team wants to create a cutting-edge system that is user-friendly and intuitive. It is emphasized that you should not need weeks of training to use the solution. It should cover all the needs of a PIM solution, while also being easy to work with. And, not least, quick to get started with.

The most important thing is input and feedback from customers. 

feed® is a living product. Every day we work on improvements, corrections and new functionality. In a four-week cycle, we work towards a new release. And each release is a collaboration between the needs the team sees, input from sales and what the market wants. 

Odd-Inge encourages customers to offer praise and criticism, and emphasizes that it is the praise that they learn from. For this, there is a feed forum on isys.no that customers can use. 

feed® is an open solution. With your feed installation, you have not necessarily entered into a forced marriage with iSYS. As a customer, you own all your own data and are not dependent on iSYS to share data with other partners, sources and channels. All data and interfaces are open and available to the customer. 

feed® is a fast-growing PIM solution with integrations and industry modules, and new customers every month.

Odd-Inge also contributes "best practice" in projects and loves to challenge everyone on "why should it be like this?".

He is an important and central part of iSYS.
