Grove-Knutsen with FEED

Grove-Knutsen & co AS has chosen FEED as its new PIM solution.

Grove Knutsen sells goods to 1,200 construction and industrial goods retailers and has around 3,000 items available for sale via their product catalog.

They saw the need to have one platform to collect all product data, as well as a more automated transfer of data from the ERP system Navision to industry databases, e-commerce and directly to customers.

The choice of PIM fell on FEED from iSYS as they have extensive experience and collaboration with the industry databases EFO and NOBB. This means that you get solutions that are used by several customers and avoid heavy customer-specific integrations. The employees at iSYS are service-minded and have good expertise in solving our challenges. FEED met our requirements, and the fact that the head office and employees are in Norway, which we see as a great advantage. FEED is also a system where we as customers can build the structure ourselves, without having to hire consultants. This gives us as customers great freedom of choice when using the system. We are looking forward to using FEED and turning on the switch for automatic data transfer.
