Wik & Walsøe - new customer with FEED
The design studio Wik & Walsøe started as a business plan written on a bench in the garden, and since 2006 it has grown into a strong Scandinavian brand and a universe of its own, with products that are already considered design classics. They are expanding into new markets and have a further goal of becoming a global brand.
FEED will now be used to collect all product data, from the first sketch to the finished product.
FEED will be integrated with Visma.net and the online store provided by MyStore, and work is being done on the ultimate flow to achieve full efficiency and control in the design, production and sales phases. At the same time, it is important that all customers and chains receive updated information directly into their solutions.

About Wik & Walsøe:
The design studio's goal was to create a beautiful and inviting design universe inspired by Scandinavian nature, culture and mythology. From the garden bench, they traveled to a simple barracks in Fredrikstad, from where they launched their debut collection with great success. They chose the elf as their symbol because the elf symbolizes the dream, hope and belief in making the impossible possible. The pattern, and its meaning, has become the very symbol of Wik & Walsøe.
In 2016, Wik & Walsøe launched a Christmas tableware - Julemorgen - and now the studio has eleven tableware sets in its universe. From the much-loved Elf, unique tableware for those very special occasions with Fluff and Snow, to the springy and beautiful, Ocean. Wik & Walsøe is constantly exploring and expanding its repertoire with an eye for the contemporary, but always with a focus on the enduring. The tableware is produced in bone china and feldspar porcelain, and several of them can easily be adapted to each other.
In 2013, the studio also moved into the shiny world of glass, with the launch of a series of glasses in connection with the design fair Maison & Objet in Paris. Today, several successful glass series are produced in Alv, Alveskog, Dugg and Julemorgen.
With each launch, Wik & Walsøe has consolidated its position as a strong, clear and quality-conscious voice in Nordic design. In 2013, Wik & Walsøe was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year by Innovation Norway. The prize money was earmarked for further investment abroad. The investment has yielded results. The studio is now using FEED with the aim of inviting more countries - and people - to explore their design universe.
At the heart of Wik & Walsøe lies a strong connection to nature, quality, sustainability and designing products that have lasting value and create new memories. The choice of materials is pure and natural, and the colors are lead-free. The studio also works closely with skilled craftsmen in Europe and Asia who share their beliefs and values.
Fifteen years after its launch, Wik & Walsøe has become a force to be reckoned with in the Nordic design world, and an example for other design entrepreneurs to follow. Today, their premises are located in a beautiful old brick building in Fredrikstad, and the goal remains the same.
