Norgesdekk AS is growing further and is now establishing itself in Sweden by acquiring 67% of the shares in the traditional tire and rim wholesaler Valla Däck AB. The company consists of Valla Däck AB with its subsidiaries Valla Däckverkstad AB and Idealimport AB, which sells balancing weights and repair materials. The group, which turns 40 this year, had sales of over SEK 190 million in 2021.
