Scandinavian Explorer AS chooses InStock WMS for improved inventory management, control and flexibility

In a strategic move to strengthen its logistics and inventory management, Scandinavian Explorer AS has chosen to implement InStock WMS. At the same time, the company is transitioning to Trimit ERP, with both systems set to go live at the same time.

Scandinavian Explorer, known for its wide range of leisure clothing and equipment, has for some time been searching for solutions to meet their growing need for better inventory management, increased control and flexibility in their operations. By choosing InStock WMS, the company aims to automate and optimize its warehouse processes, resulting in faster order processing, improved inventory control and more efficient use of warehouse capacity.

The choice of InStock

"We are very pleased to have chosen InStock WMS as our new warehouse solution," says Michael El Younoussi Karlsen, CEO of Scandinavian Explorer AS.

"The system gives us the flexibility we need to meet our future growth plans, while improving the accuracy and speed of our daily operations.

In combination with Trimit ERP, we expect a significant improvement in our operational efficiency and data accuracy," adds Michael.

"This will not only strengthen our ability to serve customers faster and more accurately, but also give us the insight we need to make informed decisions around inventory and resources."

InStock WMS is known for its ease of use and deep integration with ERP systems, and with the transition to Trimit ERP, Scandinavian Explorer will be able to benefit from a comprehensive solution that covers everything from inventory management to finance and logistics. This simultaneous implementation of both WMS and ERP gives the company a seamless transition, with minimal downtime and maximum benefit from the new technologies.

The new solution will also help reduce human error and improve internal communication between departments, as both systems will share data in real time. For Scandinavian Explorer, this marks an important step towards digitalization and modernization of their supply chain.

InStock WMS and Trimit ERP are expected to be fully operational shortly, and there are high expectations of how these systems will transform the way Scandinavian Explorer manages its warehouse and logistics operations.
