New voice-controlled solution for Bama Servicehandel

For Bama Servicehandel, we have now delivered a new version of our voice-controlled logistics solution VOXON, with the main focus on picking flow and reduced risk of incorrect picking.
The customer's order is in focus and the system and logic are built to create the best possible flow.
Several pickers work on the same order and work in dedicated zones.
It requires more cooperation between the pickers as they have to relate to each other in a slightly different way than before.

The system was well received by the pickers and has now been in production for a few weeks, and also experienced a move of the entire warehouse location from Økern to Nyland.
Downtime on the system during the move period = 0.
The new system is somewhat less dialog-driven than the previous version of Voxon used by Bama Dagligvare and Storkjøkken, and will also be able to work for picking with traditional picking flow.

VOXON is used on Android mobiles, with a Bluetooth headset and finger scanner to reduce the risk of unintentional picking errors.
