Handling of the Transparency Act

Introduction

Integrasjonssystemer AS, headquartered in Horten, is a provider of integration services and the products feed PIM and InStock WMS. Our mission is to provide innovative and effective solutions that create efficiency for our customers.

Requirements of the Transparency Act

In 2023, we focused on complying with the requirements of the Transparency Act, which involves ensuring transparent business processes and responsible supply chain management. The Transparency Act requires us to report on how we manage human rights and working conditions in our operations and with our suppliers.

Strategies and Implementation

To achieve this, we have implemented a compliance program, including regular audits of our internal processes and supply chain. We have also introduced a whistleblower scheme to encourage the reporting of any concerns.

Employee engagement and training

Our Norwegian employees have played a key role in the implementation of the Transparency Act. We have routines in place to ensure that all employees are informed about the requirements of the law and our internal guidelines. 

Results and Challenges

During 2023, we have reviewed our supply chain. We have few subcontractors and these only relate to hardware in our deliveries of InStock WMS. We have an ongoing dialog regarding the Transparency Act and their handling.

Future Goals

For 2024, our goal is to expand our compliance program internationally and further strengthen our internal procedures to ensure full compliance with the Transparency Act.

Financial Reporting

Financially, we have invested in our compliance program and we see these investments as essential for sustainable and responsible growth. Our total revenue for 2022 was NOK 52.1 million, with an increase of 16.6% from 2021. Revenue for 2023 is not yet available.

Conclusion and outlook

Integrasjonssystemer AS is committed to being a leader in transparent and responsible business conduct. We have made important steps in 2023 and look forward to continuing our work to comply with and promote the principles of the Transparency Act.
